A unique work by Renato Gosling, this silkscreen piece on wood features popular Brazilian sayings in the typography of the traditional “fitinha” of Our Lady of Bonfim. Adorned with a bronze 85 detail, it is part of the series “Popular Sayings,” which began with his first solo exhibition, Made in Brazil é Nóis (2018). Gosling transforms everyday icons into provocative and humorous art, inviting reflection on expressions that transcend class, race, and gender.
